The South Central Conference (SCC) is a conference in South Central Illinois made up of ten schools. The SCC was established in 1926 with ten charter schools. The current schools are all full members of the Illinois High School Association.
The SCC had two divisions, East and West. However, before the 2009-2010 school year, the Gillespie and Staunton schools opted to join the Prairie State Conference; this forced the conference to merge, breaking its divisions. The SCC Member schools include:
